And if you don&#8217;t, we want sorting it out to be painless. Here&#8217;s how it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You have 7 days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can ask for a return or refund within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of your order being delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can be returned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be accepted, the item should be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused, and in the same condition it arrived in<\/li>\n\n\n<li>In its original packaging, with tags and any accessories<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Sent along with your order number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What can&#8217;t be returned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and safety reasons, we can&#8217;t take back:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beauty, personal care or hygiene products that have been opened<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Underwear, swimwear and similar items<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Custom or personalised products<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Anything damaged through use after it was delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arrived broken, faulty or wrong?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s on us, and we&#8217;re sorry. Email <a href=\"mailto:spidermart2002@gmail.com\">spidermart2002@gmail.com<\/a> within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of clear photos of the item and the box. We&#8217;ll send you a replacement or give you a full refund. Your choice, and it won&#8217;t cost you a thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to start a return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just email us at <a href=\"mailto:spidermart2002@gmail.com\">spidermart2002@gmail.com<\/a> with your order number and tell us why you&#8217;re sending it back. We&#8217;ll reply with the return address and next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please don&#8217;t post anything back before talking to us.<\/strong> Parcels that arrive without warning can get lost in the system, and we may not be able to accept them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who pays for return shipping?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we made the mistake (damaged, faulty or wrong item), we cover it. If you&#8217;ve simply changed your mind, return postage is on you, and the original shipping fee isn&#8217;t refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will I get my money back?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return reaches us and we&#8217;ve checked it over, we&#8217;ll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with within 5 to 10 business days. Some banks take a few extra days to show it, so give it a little time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Want to cancel?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No problem, as long as your order hasn&#8217;t shipped yet. Email us quickly and we&#8217;ll cancel it and refund you in full.
