That&#8217;s it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I change or cancel my order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, as long as it hasn&#8217;t shipped yet. Email us as soon as you can with your order number and we&#8217;ll sort it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I didn&#8217;t get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your spam or promotions folder first. It often hides there. If it&#8217;s not there either, log in to <a href=\"\/?page_id=13\">My Account<\/a> or email us and we&#8217;ll check for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you ship to my country?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most likely. We ship worldwide, and you&#8217;ll see whether your country is available when you enter your address at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long will it take to arrive?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then usually take 7 to 20 business days to reach you, depending on where you are. More details are on our <a href=\"\/?page_id=23\">Shipping Policy<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I track my order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating, so give it a little time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will I have to pay customs fees?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some countries charge import duty or taxes on parcels from abroad. If yours does, those are paid by you when the parcel arrives. They aren&#8217;t included in our prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I pay?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll see all available payment options at checkout. Everything is processed by trusted, secure payment providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is it safe to use my card here?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Our site runs on a secure HTTPS connection, and your card details go straight to the payment provider. We never see or store them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I return something?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it&#8217;s unused and in its original packaging. What now?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sorry about that! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we&#8217;ll send a replacement or refund you in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long does a refund take?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
