Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to your door. We’ve tried to keep it short and clear.

Where do we ship?

Almost everywhere. We ship to most countries around the world. If we can’t deliver to your address for some reason, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

How long until my order ships?

We usually get orders packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 business days of your payment going through. During big sales or festival season it can take a day or two more.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days. It really depends on where you live. Big cities tend to be on the faster side, remote areas on the slower side. Customs checks and courier delays can sometimes add a few days, and those are outside our control, but we’ll always help you chase a late parcel.

What does shipping cost?

Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. No surprises after.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also see your order status in My Account. Heads up: tracking sometimes takes 2 to 5 days to start showing updates, so don’t panic if it looks quiet at first.

Customs and import fees

If you’re ordering from outside India, your country may charge import duty or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs office, not by us, and they’re paid by the buyer. Our prices don’t include them.

Ordered more than one item?

Your items might come in separate parcels on different days. That’s normal, so if one shows up before the rest, the others are on their way.

Please double-check your address

A missing flat number or wrong postcode is the most common reason parcels go astray. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll get in touch about sending it out again.
