Thanks for shopping with Spidermart. These terms explain the ground rules for using spidermart.co and buying from us. By using the site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to them, so please give them a quick read.

Using our website

Please use the site for lawful purposes only. Don’t try to hack it, overload it, or interfere with how it works for other people.

Products and prices

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can look a little different on different screens. Prices and stock can change without notice. If we ever list something at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We can accept or decline it, for example if the item is out of stock, the payment doesn’t go through, or the order looks suspicious. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you’ll get every rupee, dollar or euro back.

Paying

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. By paying, you confirm the card or account is yours or that you’re allowed to use it.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your login.

The Spidermart name, logo, text, images and design on this site belong to us or the people we work with. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking.

Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect losses that come from using our site or products. The most we’re liable for on any order is what you paid for it.

Which laws apply

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
